Role-based AI enablement

Migrate your team to an AI-native team.

Generic AI awareness does not change how work gets done. A team moves from using AI to running on it when the workflows, the quality standards, the manager support and the ownership all change together.

Training philosophy

Learn through the work that has to change.

Participants do not watch demonstrations. They practise on representative workflows, apply review criteria, complete projects, and learn where human judgment has to stay in control.

Program principles

  • Role-based, not one-size-fits-all
  • Applied to real workflows, and designed with the managers who own them
  • Connected to the same governance and quality standards we build systems against
  • Measured by demonstrated capability — attendance is not evidence
Track 1

Executive AI fluency

CEOs, founders, executive teams, board members and senior functional leaders.

You leave able to

  • Evaluate opportunities on value, feasibility, risk and adoption
  • Make build-versus-buy and platform decisions
  • Set governance and accountability expectations
  • Sponsor a staged transformation portfolio

Shape

Seven modules, from using AI to running on AI, ending in an executive roadmap workshop. Half-day or full-day; also runs as a quarterly leadership series.

Track 2

Manager enablement

Team leads, department heads, operations managers and transformation owners.

You leave able to

  • Identify tasks worth augmenting or automating
  • Redesign workflows around human-agent collaboration
  • Set quality bars, review responsibilities and escalation
  • Track adoption and business value

Shape

Six modules across mapping, assignment, quality and coaching. A six-week applied program with a manager playbook workshop and implementation office hours.

Track 3

Business practitioner

Operations, service, sales, marketing, finance, HR, procurement and professional services teams.

You leave able to

  • Use AI safely on role-specific tasks
  • Structure requests and validate output
  • Build repeatable team workflows
  • Protect confidential information

Shape

A role-based cohort with paths for operations, service, sales and marketing, finance, and people teams. Ends in a capstone and a practical assessment.

Track 4

AI-native product and engineering

Engineers, product managers, designers, data professionals and architects.

You leave able to

  • Design agentic workflows and choose orchestration patterns
  • Build tool-using and retrieval-based systems
  • Write structured evaluations and observability
  • Manage security, privacy and permissions

Shape

Nine modules from agent architecture to a production capstone. Multi-week engineering cohort with a build lab, architecture clinic and technical office hours.

Academy tracks and the fixed-scope assessment can be booked directly. Embedded leadership, build sprints and transformation programs are scoped in conversation — those start with a working session.

Assessment

AI Readiness and Opportunity Assessment

A fixed-scope engagement that establishes a shared fact base before significant investment, and names the first workflow worth building.

Includes

  • Executive and stakeholder interviews
  • Workflow and pain-point discovery
  • Data, integration, and architecture assessment
  • Use-case scoring by value, feasibility, risk, and adoption

Fixed scope

Typically three to four weeks

Payment reserves the seat. It does not start the work. After checkout you receive a short pre-work brief, so the first session starts from your workflows rather than generic examples. If we conclude the program is not the right fit, we will say so and refund the seat.

Enterprise academies

For an organization-wide program we map role groups against business priorities and existing skills, design the learning paths and manager support around them, deliver through workshops, cohorts, labs and capstones, then support teams as they apply approved workflows in daily work. Capability, adoption and workflow performance are measured, and internal champions and train-the-trainer capability are developed so the program continues without us.

Next step

You do not need more AI experiments.

Start with a working session: where AI can create value in your operation, what is preventing it, and which next step the evidence justifies.

No platform to buy. No commitment before the opportunity and the constraints are clear. If it is not ready, we will say so.
