What we collect, and why.
Your information is used only to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. This page describes exactly what the site collects and who processes it.
Last updated: this policy describes the site as currently built. It requires review by counsel before launch — the retention period and controller entity below are proposals, not settled positions.
What the site collects
Nothing is collected unless you send it. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no cross-site tracking on this site.
- Contact and booking forms. Name, work email, and the optional company, role, country, company size, area of interest, preferred contact method and language, plus whatever you write in the three open questions.
- Enrolment.Payment is handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe’s own pages. Inory AI never sees or stores your card details. We record the Stripe session and payment identifiers, the item purchased, the amount, and the email and name Stripe reports back.
- Scheduling. Booking a session sends your name, email and answers to Calendly, which creates the calendar event and the invitation.
- Abuse prevention. A truncated record derived from your IP address is kept for up to ten minutes to rate-limit form submissions. It is not linked to the submission itself.

How long it is kept
Enquiries are retained for 24 months from last contact, then deleted. Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting obligations require. Rate-limit records expire within ten minutes.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your information.
- We do not add you to a marketing list because you contacted us.
- We do not use anything you send us as training data, and we do not put confidential client material into third-party AI tools.
Your choices
To see, correct, export or delete what we hold, write to privacy@inory.ai. We reply within two working days. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under GDPR, the CCPA or PIPL; we will honour those requests regardless of whether they apply as a matter of law.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. The embedded Calendly scheduler and Stripe Checkout set their own cookies when you interact with them, governed by their respective policies.
