Terms of use.

These terms cover this website and self-serve program enrolment. Consulting and implementation engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement.

What this site is

Information about Inory AI’s services, published in good faith. Nothing on this site is an offer, a guarantee of any particular result, or professional advice for your situation.

Figures shown in brackets — [XX%], [X.X×] — are content templates, not claims. Any figure presented as an observed result carries its scope, baseline and measurement period alongside it. We do not present projected value as a validated result.

Program enrolment

  • Payment reserves a seat or a fixed-scope engagement. It does not begin the work, and it does not create a consulting relationship.
  • Dates, joining details and pre-work follow by email within two working days of payment.
  • Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and exclude any taxes that may be added at that point.
  • Payment is processed by Stripe under Stripe’s terms. Inory AI does not receive or store your card details.

Refunds and changes

  • Cancel more than 14 days before the start date for a full refund. Within 14 days, we will transfer your seat to the next cohort.
  • If we conclude a program is not the right fit for your situation, we will say so and refund the seat in full — including after it has started.
  • If Inory AI cancels or reschedules a program, you may take the new date or a full refund.

Consulting engagements

Embedded leadership, implementation and transformation programs are scoped and governed by a separate signed agreement covering deliverables, intellectual property, confidentiality and liability. Nothing on this page varies that agreement, and where the two conflict, the signed agreement governs.

The text, design and brand assets on this site belong to Inory AI. Quote and link to articles freely with attribution; republishing them in full requires written permission. The brand lockups may not be redrawn, recoloured, stretched or otherwise modified.
